Hi, I’m Tracy Nevill, a Realtor with deep roots in West Sonoma County. I’ve proudly called this beautiful region home for 27 years and have lived in West Sonoma County since 1998. My journey here has been shaped by a passion for community involvement, education, and the enduring benefits of owning real estate. Before stepping into real estate, I spent 25 wonderful years as a teacher—an experience that taught me patience, communication, and the importance of truly listening to people’s needs.  Five years ago, my husband and I launched Jim Nevill Productions which has become one of the North Bay's premier real estate marketing companies.  Our specialty is in helping showcase homes with architectural grade photography, video productions and 360 virtual tours.

I hold a bachelor’s degree from UC Santa Barbara and a master’s degree from Claremont Graduate University. My academic background, combined with my professional and personal experience, gives me a unique, well-rounded approach to real estate. I’ve always believed in the long-term financial wisdom of real estate investment—I own a home and rental property—and I love helping others navigate their own journeys in buying or selling a home.

Family is at the heart of everything I do. My husband and I are proud parents to two amazing kids; our son is a collegiate golfer at Cal State East Bay and our daughter is a high school sophomore attending Analy in Sebastopol.
